A construction company in Chelyabinsk is seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete on various construction projects. This position requires previous experience in working with concrete and the ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up forms for pouring concrete
- Pour and spread concrete using various tools such as rakes, shovels, and trowels
- Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Monitor weather conditions to ensure proper curing of concrete
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with concrete
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work permit or willingness to obtain one
