Merchandiser (Ashdod, Israel)


We are in need of a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail merchandising and a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing product displays, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure products are available and displayed effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Develop effective product displays that attract and engage customers
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to restock products as needed
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotions and campaigns to increase sales
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and consumer preferences
- Train store staff on proper display techniques and product knowledge
- Maintain visual standards in store displays to ensure brand consistency
- Attend trade shows and conferences to source new products or suppliers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail merchandising
- Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
$1300 per month
