Architectural Technologist - Visa Sponsorship
We are searching for a skilled and innovative Architectural Technologist to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for various building projects.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting site visits, collaborating with clients and architects, and producing accurate drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. You will also be involved in researching building materials and techniques, as well as ensuring that all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction methods, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and other team members.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience conducting site visits and collaborating with architects and clients
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
