Restaurant Manager


Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a restaurant in Isa Town, ensuring high-quality food and service
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff to maintain excellent customer service standards
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and control costs
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create budgets, track financial performance, and make adjustments as needed to meet financial goals
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by enforcing sanitation regulations and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or modify existing ones based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role in the food industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data, create budgets, and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience with inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle pressure effectively
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not required
