Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our growing team in Ashdod, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on creating innovative and user-friendly applications. The Software Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software systems that meet the needs of our clients. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month and no accommodation provided. Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing software applications based on client requirements
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Conducting unit testing to ensure quality and functionality of the software
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to clients
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and incorporating them into projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in software development
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, MySQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with mobile application development (iOS/Android)
- Experience working on cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure)
