Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team in Albena, a beautiful beach resort city in Bulgaria. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests at their tables
- Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure all guest needs are met during their dining experience
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests
- Process payments from customers accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Positive attitude and team player mentality

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
