As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and technical aspects of construction projects. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings, conducting site visits, and working closely with architects to bring their vision to life. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural designs and construction documents
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project progress
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues
- Prepare and review project specifications, cost estimates, and schedules
- Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and codes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to relocate to Remish
