Solar Panel Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Panel Technician to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Solar Panel Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panels and related equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures according to specifications
- Test and troubleshoot solar panel systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar panels and related equipment
- Collaborate with electricians to connect solar panels to electrical systems
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or training in solar panel installation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
