Construction Site Supervisor

We are a construction company based in Atlanta, seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Site Supervisor. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This position also requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of workers.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language proficiency required
- Previous experience in construction management preferred but not required
- Must be able to work without supervision and make quick decisions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computer software such as Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at construction sites, including managing workers, equipment, and materials
- Ensure that all work is being done according to project plans and specifications
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding project updates
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Keep detailed records of project progress, expenses, and any issues that arise
- Provide guidance and support to workers when needed
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules and budgets

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
