Sous Chef - Brazilian Cuisine
We are seeking a skilled and creative Sous Chef to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to manage the kitchen operations and ensure high-quality dishes are consistently served to our guests. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and creating new dishes that showcase traditional Brazilian flavors. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Brazilian cuisine, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
