Concierge Assistant

The Concierge Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to guests at a luxury hotel in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and welcoming individual with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position is suitable for men and does not require any previous experience or accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they have a pleasant check-in experience
- Assist guests with their luggage, including loading and unloading from vehicles
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, including making reservations for restaurants or other amenities
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-stocked with necessary items
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area at all times
- Handle cash transactions for guest payments, as well as maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel staff to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (luggage)
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
