Concierge at a Luxury Hotel in Faisalabad

As a Concierge at our luxury hotel in Faisalabad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their inquiries and requests, making reservations for dining and activities, and providing recommendations for local attractions and events. You will also be responsible for overseeing the front desk and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a friendly and approachable demeanor. A strong knowledge of the local area and its attractions is preferred, as well as fluency in English. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage if needed
- Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, or other activities
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and accurately
- Oversee the front desk operations including check-in/out procedures
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them effectively
- Communicate any special requests or needs from guests to the appropriate departments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local area attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
