We are currently hiring for the position of Barber at our busy salon in Plovdiv. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services to our clients. This role requires someone with excellent technical skills, a passion for hair styling, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts and grooming services to customers
- Consult with clients to determine their individual needs and preferences
- Suggest suitable hairstyles and products based on clients' hair type and face shape
- Keep up with current trends and techniques in the field of barbering
- Maintain a clean work environment and sterilize tools after each use
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests
- Promote retail products such as shampoo, conditioner, and styling products to clients
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided

Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Barber or hairstylist
- Excellent technical skills in cutting, trimming, shaving, and styling hair
- Knowledge of different hair types, face shapes, and suitable hairstyles for each individual
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam is an asset)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
