Instrument Technician
As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and control systems used in industrial settings. You will be working with a team of technicians to ensure that all instruments are functioning properly and in compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot various instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Repair or replace malfunctioning instruments as needed
- Work closely with engineers to design and implement new instrument systems
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and document any changes or updates made to instruments
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working with hazardous materials or in high-risk areas
- Train junior technicians on proper procedures for instrument maintenance and repair
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of various instruments used in industrial processes
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for handling hazardous materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Sheduva (Preference for Indian candidates)
Employment Type: Part-time (without accommodation)
