Job Title: Chef de Cuisine

As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. Your main duties will include planning menus, supervising the kitchen staff, managing inventory and budget, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a high level of quality in all dishes. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by developing new recipes and experimenting with different ingredients.

To excel in this role, you should have a passion for food and cooking, along with excellent leadership skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and manage a fast-paced kitchen environment. Attention to detail is crucial, as well as the ability to follow recipes accurately while also adding your own unique touch. In addition, you should have a strong understanding of food safety regulations and be able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Proactive approach towards menu planning and developing new recipes

Salary: 1700$ per month

City: Kaunas, Lithuania

Language Requirements: English fluency required; Lithuanian language skills preferred but not mandatory.
