We are seeking an experienced and talented International Chef to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an International Chef, you will bring your culinary expertise from around the world to create delicious and unique dishes for our restaurant. Responsibilities:
- Create and design menus featuring international dishes
- Prepare and cook a variety of international cuisines with precision and attention to detail
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food presentation
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal specials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an International Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on food quality, taste, and presentation
- Ability to adapt recipes for dietary restrictions or preferences
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Prior experience working in Lithuania or familiarity with Lithuanian cuisine is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
