Call Center Representative - English Speaking (Contract) - Medina, Kenya

We are a leading call center in Medina and we are currently hiring English speaking call center representatives on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for Kenyans looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be expected to handle customer complaints and keep accurate records of all conversations.

This is a contract position with flexible working hours. We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month and provide training to ensure that you have the necessary skills to excel in this role.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism
- Basic computer skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience is not required for this position. However, previous customer service experience will be an added advantage.
