We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional architectural plans and drawings for various projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects meet all necessary requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs meet structural, electrical, and mechanical standards
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project design
- Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Present designs and proposals to clients for approval
- Make revisions based on client feedback and budget constraints
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (Indian nationality preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1700$ (negotiable based on experience)
