Handyman for Property Management Company in Vilnius (Foreigners Welcome)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our property management company in Vilnius. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for the general maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition. This is a full-time job that does not require English proficiency, making it suitable for foreigners. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide on-the-job training. We welcome candidates with their own visas to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Respond promptly to repair requests from tenants or property managers
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies for repairs
- Perform inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience in handyman work preferred but not required
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
