We are in search of an experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in solar panel installation techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs or ground-mounted systems according to manufacturer's instructions
- Connect wiring between panels and electrical components such as inverters and meters
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar panel systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar panel systems
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with building codes and regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Solar Installer is required
- Strong technical knowledge of solar panel installation techniques
- Familiarity with electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit to perform duties including working at heights, lifting heavy equipment, etc.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
