Office Manager - Nizwa, Egypt
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Nizwa, Egypt. Your main duties will include managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling office supplies and equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining office budgets and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Your role will involve working closely with other team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination within the office. You will also be expected to handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
In addition to your administrative duties, you will also play a key role in supporting our business operations. This may include assisting with sales and marketing efforts, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with external vendors or partners.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude. You should also possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role is preferred.
