As a Factory Line Worker, your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain the production line in an efficient and safe manner. You will work with a team to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. This is a physical role that requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. You must have previous experience in a factory setting and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As this is a position in Kenya, preference will be given to local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor product quality and report any issues or defects
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a factory or production environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good communication skills for working with team members from diverse backgrounds
