Sales Manager - Dubai


We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Dubai market. You will also lead a team of sales representatives and oversee their performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Set sales targets and track progress towards meeting them
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to drive integrated campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Dubai market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English is preferred; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
