Civil Engineer - Ufa, Russia


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining various structures such as buildings, roads, bridges, and water systems. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$. This job offers visa sponsorship for non-Russian nationals and is open to both experienced and entry-level candidates. Responsibilities:
- Conduct site investigations and surveys to determine the feasibility of proposed projects
- Prepare detailed plans, designs, and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that all aspects of the project are being carried out correctly
- Review and approve project budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in civil engineering (entry-level candidates accepted)
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering programs
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on infrastructure projects such as roads or bridges
- Bilingual proficiency (Russian/English)
- Familiarity with Russian building codes and regulations
