We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Atlanta. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and maintaining the interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and structures. You will work with various tools and equipment to prepare surfaces, mix and apply paints, and ensure a high-quality finish. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in painting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation is not provided, so preference will be given to local candidates. This job is open to all nationalities who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, cleaning, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paints according to color specifications
- Apply paints using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure smooth and even coverage of paint
- Protect areas from paint splatter or spills using drop cloths or masking tape
- Clean up work area after completing job
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform tasks that may require bending or climbing ladders

Preferred:
- Prior experience working on both interior and exterior projects
- Familiarity with safety precautions when working at heights or with chemicals
