Carpenter - Residential Construction (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking skilled and experienced Indian carpenters to join our residential construction team in Medina. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures according to specifications. This is a physically demanding job that requires precise measurements, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine materials needed and project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalks, or marking gauges
- Cut and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall using hand or power tools such as saws, chisels, drills, and sanders
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings using hand or power tools
- Verify trueness of structure using plumb bob or other measuring equipment
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures as needed

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a carpenter in residential construction
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Skilled in working with a variety of hand and power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail with strong measurement skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Please note that accommodation will not be provided.
