Restaurant Manager for International Cuisine in Beer-Sheva, Israel
As the Restaurant Manager for our international cuisine restaurant in Beer-Sheva, Israel, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and maintaining a profitable business.
Your main duties will include hiring and training staff, creating work schedules, and overseeing daily operations such as ordering supplies and managing inventory. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue.
As the manager, you will ensure that all customers have a positive dining experience by managing customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant at all times.
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in restaurant management with a strong understanding of food safety regulations. You should also have excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage staff effectively. Fluency in English is required to communicate with customers and staff.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Preference will be given to candidates with biometric passports from Egypt or Nepal who have at least a high school education (12 pass).
