We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail stores, and hotels. Your role will involve creating detailed plans and blueprints, collaborating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience working in commercial architecture. You should also have excellent design skills, strong project management abilities, and a deep understanding of building codes and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is required.
