Commercial Architect


We are hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. Your goal will be to create functional and visually appealing structures that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Determine materials, costs, and construction timelines for projects
- Manage the entire design process from concept to completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plans
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review project plans for compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
-Familiarity with sustainable design principles
-Master's degree in Architecture

Salary: $1000 per month
