We are seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our customers. Your duties will include selecting and sourcing high-quality ingredients, creating new menu items, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. You must have a strong understanding of Indian cuisine and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Indian Chef looking to work in a dynamic and diverse culinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and modern Indian dishes
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Plan menu items and create new dishes that reflect the flavors of India
- Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation practices
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menus or special event menus

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Indian Chef in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, including regional variations
- Ability to create unique dishes while still adhering to traditional flavors
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Team player mentality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
