We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include handling incoming calls and emails, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have previous experience as an office assistant. A biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month and accommodation provided. If you are a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, we would love to hear from you!
