A database administrator (DBA) is responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of a database. They are involved in the planning and development of the database, as well as the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database systems. The DBA also ensures that data is backed up regularly and is easily accessible in case of system failures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing databases based on business requirements
- Installing and configuring database management systems (DBMS)
- Monitoring database performance and optimizing for maximum efficiency
- Ensuring data security and backups are in place to prevent data loss or corruption
- Troubleshooting issues with databases, including performance problems or data errors
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure smooth integration of databases with other systems
- Writing and maintaining documentation for database systems
- Conducting regular audits to identify potential security risks or performance issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a database administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database design and management principles
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with data backup/restore and disaster recovery procedures
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills

Salary:
1500$ per month
