Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Atlanta. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities and requires proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment and be able to work without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to move materials and complete tasks on job sites
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to equipment operation

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and understand job site plans
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Team player with good communication skills
