Indian Accountant - Visa Sponsorship Available


We are a reputable accounting firm located in Wiltz, seeking an experienced Indian Accountant to join our team. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension and visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

As an Indian Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You must have prior experience working as an accountant and be familiar with accounting software and principles.

The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. As this is a contract position, time management and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounting including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Work closely with other team members to ensure accurate data entry and timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an accountant
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
