Indian Architecture Manager in Clairvaux


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Indian Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects within the city. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all architectural projects within the city of Clairvaux
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards are being met
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, design techniques, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: $1300 per month
