Architecture Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Clairvaux. This role is open to candidates of Indian nationality with excellent English communication skills and a valid biometric passport.

As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

To excel in this role, you must have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in managing architectural projects. You should also have strong leadership abilities and be able to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications
- Review designs and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback or project constraints
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
