Industrial Architect - Jerusalem



We are seeking a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and other related structures. You must have a strong understanding of engineering principles, as well as the ability to incorporate functionality and aesthetics into your designs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site evaluations to determine the feasibility of proposed projects
- Develop detailed plans and blueprints for industrial buildings, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of proposed structures
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that design specifications are being met
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback or changes in project scope

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1400 per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience level.

Location:
This position is based in Jerusalem but is open to applicants from all nationalities. Malayalees and Canadians are highly encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Experience Level:
This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals without prior experience in the industry. We provide on-the-job training for the selected candidate.
