Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and complete construction projects. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance on the equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project needs and safety guidelines
- Perform daily maintenance checks and report any issues to the supervisor
- Load and unload materials using the equipment
- Follow project plans and specifications for grading, digging, and other tasks
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operation of the equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid certification or license to operate heavy equipment
- Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Salary: $1200/month (salary may vary based on experience)

Location: Ashdod, Israel (accommodation provided if needed)
