Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist



As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions. You will work closely with various departments within the company to gather data, conduct statistical analysis, and present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data mining, cleansing, and visualization techniques to extract meaningful insights
- Develop statistical models and algorithms to analyze large data sets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics
- Continuously improve data collection methods and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or related role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or other programming languages used for data manipulation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working with large datasets using statistical software such as SAS or R is preferred

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (remote work may be considered)
Employment Type: Full-time
