Senior Architect - Design and Planning Specialist

As a Senior Architect - Design and Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and planning process of architectural projects in our firm. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that all projects meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that all elements are in line with the client's vision and project requirements
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers to incorporate structural elements into the design plan
- Oversee the selection of materials and finishes for each project
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with design plans
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in design plans
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a senior role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
