Senior Architect - Residential Design Specialist (Oslo, Norway)


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Residential Design Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and development of residential projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to create innovative and functional living spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for residential projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address any potential issues
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to residential design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential design
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract position. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket expenses for our employees.

Location:
This position is based in Oslo, Norway. Our office is located in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation.
