Construction Manager - Dubai



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all construction activities on site.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor progress against project schedule and budget, making adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in Dubai or the Middle East region.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Fluent English language skills (Arabic language proficiency is a plus).
- Valid UAE driver's license.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with visa sponsorship. This is a full-time position without accommodation.
