We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at one of our fine dining establishments in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining financial records
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a professional work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints or concerns
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning, pricing, and specials

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
