The Dickirch Cafe is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, has excellent communication skills, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the service area, dining area, and restrooms
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders accurately and process payments using our POS system
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a positive manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must have valid work permit or own visa for working in Dickirch

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.
