Barista - Coffee Specialist (Kenyan Nationals Preferred)

We are a bustling café located in the charming city of Dickirch, known for our exceptional coffee and welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1200$. Our ideal candidate will be a Kenyan national with a passion for coffee and at least 2 years of experience as a Barista. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the café, and providing excellent customer service. Accommodation will also be provided for our chosen candidate.

As a Barista - Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages that meet our customers' expectations. You will use your knowledge of different brewing methods to prepare various types of coffee, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew. Your duties will also include taking orders from customers, handling cash transactions, restocking supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness of the café. To excel in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Prior experience as a Barista is required for this position. Accommodation will be provided for our chosen candidate from Kenya who meets all other requirements.
