Barista (Malayalee/Canadian) in Plovdiv


We are hiring a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team in Plovdiv. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will interact with customers, take orders, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Barista and be proficient in using coffee machines and other equipment. Knowledge of Malayalee or Canadian cuisine is preferred but not required. This position comes with a salary of $1500 per month, along with accommodation if needed.

Responsibilities:
-Make and serve hot and cold drinks according to customer's preferences
-Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
-Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all equipment
-Keep inventory of supplies and place orders when necessary
-Handle cash transactions accurately
-Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
-Assist in training new staff members

Requirements:
-Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
-Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and their preparation methods
-Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
-Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays if necessary
-Familiarity with Malayalee or Canadian cuisine is preferred but not required
-Biometric passport is required for non-natives
