Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Utena. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various construction projects. This is a full-time position that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Create 3D models and renderings using CAD software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with contractors during the construction phase to ensure the accuracy of the design plan
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred:
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Knowledge of BIM software (Archicad, Vectorworks)
