Senior Architect - Las Vegas, USA

We are a prestigious architecture firm seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from concept to completion. Your expertise in architectural design and project management will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process for assigned projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Oversee the work of junior architects and other team members
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred
- Must be able to work legally in the United States
