Job Title: Senior Architect - Luxury Residential Projects (Las Vegas)

As a Senior Architect for our luxury residential projects in Las Vegas, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of high-end homes and buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into innovative and functional designs. You will also collaborate with a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Develop design concepts that align with client's vision and requirements
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software
- Collaborate with internal team members to integrate engineering and construction considerations into designs
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, preferably with luxury residential projects
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary: $900 per week

This position is open to all nationalities. However, candidates must have a valid work visa for the United States. Accommodation will not be provided.
