Job Title: Teamlead - Bergen, Norway


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Bergen, Norway. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of individuals to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Delegate tasks and provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set goals for individual team members.
- Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for the team.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Fluent in English (Norwegian proficiency is an asset).
- Must be eligible to work in Norway.
